My Story
Born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho, Tyler Newton has spent more than 20 years helping people navigate the mortgage process and reach their homeownership and investment goals. A graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she takes a personal, relationship-driven approach to lending. Tyler believes her job isn’t simply to close a loan, but to understand each client’s goals, explain their options, and find the financing strategy that makes the most sense for their situation.
Outside of lending, Tyler takes full advantage of Idaho’s incredible rivers and wilderness. Her summers are often spent whitewater rafting on the Grand Canyon, Selway, Middle Fork of the Salmon, and other rivers throughout the West. She’s also a proud mom to her daughter, Piper, and son, Skeet, and shares her home with her two dogs, Koda and Linda.
