Scott M. Quist
Scott has led the company as Chairman and CEO since 2012 and has served on the board since 1986. With a background in accounting and law, he has guided the company through decades of growth while keeping its culture personal and grounded.
Andrew Quist
Andrew has held leadership roles across the organization since 2007, spanning legal, operations, and executive leadership. As President, he hosts regular company-wide calls built around transparency, sharing real updates and answering employee questions directly.
Joel Harward
Joel started here in 2002 as an underwriter and worked his way up through branch manager, senior underwriter, and regional manager. Today he oversees national sales and partners with regional managers across the country, so the person leading sales has actually done the job.
