My Story
Born in Salt Lake City and raised in American Fork, Tyler Harward moved to Bear Lake for high school before attending UVU and Dixie State, and he’s lived in Utah, Idaho, and California over the years. He’s been around real estate his whole life. His family is all in the business, and he started young, helping his father. Tyler spent years as a licensed appraiser, which drew him toward the mortgage side of the industry, where he saw a need for honest, hardworking loan officers. So he became licensed and opened a branch of his own. He treats every client like the most important one, because to him, they all are.
Outside of work, Tyler has been married for 12 years and is dad to three boys, ages 11, 9, and 7, plus the newest addition, his 2-year-old daughter. A follower of Jesus Christ, he works to keep faith and family at the center of his life. When he’s not in the office, he’s outdoors as much as he can be, snowboarding, wakesurfing, and playing soccer. His kids are homeschooled and he’s deeply involved in their lives, assistant coaching each of their club soccer teams and spending winter weekends teaching them to ski and snowboard.
