I’ll skip the long introduction and just tell you how I think. The best teams are built on trust, accountability, and a real commitment to winning together, and I’ve spent my whole career, on the court and in this business, learning that winning means more when the people around you are winning too. My Story
I grew up in Fairbanks, Alaska, where basketball taught me the lessons that still shape how I lead: teamwork, accountability, perseverance, and knowing when to sacrifice for the team. The game brought me to Washington, and I entered the mortgage industry in 2017. Over more than nine years in residential lending I’ve been an originator, sales leader, trainer, manager, and business builder, and I’ve led a team of 14 loan officers while remaining an active producer today. Still sitting in the loan officer chair matters to me. I know what it takes to build a pipeline, navigate tough loans, and grow a business that never stops changing, and I don’t lead from a distance. For me, leadership means being accessible, removing roadblocks, and giving talented people the freedom to succeed.
